## tonPrice

Returns TON price by days from public centralized API

Params:

1. `latest [bool]` - toggle mode (just 1 record for concrete date/all records for all dates)
2. `time [string]` - datetime in isoformat for which you want to get price (today if empty)

## getTPS

Returns average number of transactions per second for last minute

## getTPM

Return average number of transactions per minute for last 5 minutes
